I have always been athletic, but was intimidated by lifting weights and trying to find the "perfect" lifting routine. Ruth's programming, coupled with the resources she provides and form coaching was exactly what I needed! I have gone from a lifting newbie, scared to push too hard and hurt myself to someone other people at the gym ask for help (& I always send them to Ruth)

I'm Ruth

FOUNDER, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, Certified Biomechanics & Program Design Coach

I first fell in love with health & fitness in highschool when I started running on country gravel roads & doing pinterest circuit workouts in my parents unfinished basement. BUT

I fell in love with the process when I discovered the evidence based training world & nutritional periodization. (Not sure what those words mean yet? Stick around. I won’t leave you hanging.) 

Everything that we do now is the culmination of years of continuing education, mentorship & hands on experience training clients, designing programs, setting macros, and developing mindset.

I understand this journey better than most. And coaching other women through it is one of my favorite things in the world.

Lover of reading, long walks, lifting weights, and meals that I can mash in a bowl.
